About the position
Best Source and Voyager are looking for a proven sales leader with the ability to lead and develop a successful team of value-centric, consultative sales people. The candidate must have a demonstrated, proven track record in growing profitable top-line revenue while developing and managing the resources needed to ensure sustainable growth and continued customer satisfaction. The Sales Director will report to the President/CEO of Best Source and Voyager, and is directly responsible for sales growth. They will be a member of the Leadership Team at Best Source and Voyager, and will need to work closely and collaboratively with other members of the team.

This individual will be responsible for enhancing sales productivity and driving profitable growth through building, coaching and developing the sales team, identifying and advancing growth opportunities, and the execution of customer-specific sales strategies. Expansion of the sales team, through the growth of an internal team and expanding the channel team, is expected to occur as the company continues to grow over the next several years. The individual successful in this position will create new and enchance existing critical sales systems and processes, and ensure they are implemented and adopted. In addition, they will gather and bring insights to the management team on sales team activities, market trends, customer feedback, sales results, and forecasts to direct future strategies for continued growth.
