The Sales Engineering / Business Development Manager creates and builds client relationships, manages the internal process to convert customer requirements (RFQ/RFP) into quote proposal responses, and manages the team of Product Design Engineers who project manage the execution post-sale. They will manage client accounts and develop/execute strategies for new customer leads. As a member of the company management team, they will collaborate with the other functional managers on strategies, process improvement, and quality system management and execution. This position reports directly to the General Manager.
