The program is composed of 14 modules that allow organizations to implement customized learning paths for different roles in the organization.

Workforce Training for Wire Harness Operators
Wire Harness Assembly for Operators (WHO), launches in English on April 19th with the Spanish version following in June. WHO employs clear text, animated graphics, videos, and interactive practice activities to make even the most complex subjects both engaging and easy to understand.
IPC’s workforce training programs are available in online self-paced and instructor-led formats. Self-paced courses can be completed independently from any device with an internet connection. The instructor-led format similarly allows instructors to stream the course to their students from any connected device.
