Technical Paper Writing: Preparing to Publish Work for a Conference

This webinar will review the how’s, why’s, and important aspects of publishing technical papers and presentations at conferences. Described will be advanced preparations, prior to submitting an abstract or paper, that should be considered by the author and their management. The mechanics, format, and examples of writing an effective and high-quality technical paper and presentation will be shared. The style guideline created for ECWC16 hosted by IPC APEX EXPO 2024 will be used as a case study. Also covered will be how to avoid commercialism and common pitfalls that lead to inefficiencies and reduced quality. Time will be made available at the end of the presentation for questions and answers.
